Dewey’s Read-a-thon has come to an end. I was unable to do the entire read-a-thon but I met my goal and enjoyed doing it. For the full update click here.

Signed up for Dewey’s Read-a-thon which will be held on April 9th. This will be my first read-a-thon. I’m really looking forward to it.
End of Script Frenzy 2010

Script Frenzy didn’t go well for me. I couldn’t get my head into it. Only did 28 pages and of those 28 pages I didn’t like anything I wrote. Maybe I will have a better time with it next year. If not then maybe script writing isn’t for me.
Script Frenzy

Script Frenzy is held every April and is similar to NaNoWriMo except that instead of having a 50,000 word novel at the end of the 30 days you will have a 100 page script. This is my first year entering Script Frenzy and I am looking forward to it. I have never written a script before so I have purchased two books on how to write a script; The Writer’s Guide to Writing Your Screenplay by Cynthia Whitcomb and How to Write a Movie in 21 Days by Viki King. I’m hoping I can finish at least one before Script Frenzy starts.
